Welcome to Join JCI Finland International team with live cooking session and discussion about current topics as well the Finnish food culture.

You can join the cooking alongside Mari Hamara and Pauliina Papunen from your own kitchen!

Lunch menu will be a classic creamy salmon soup, you just need the ingredients and the kitchenware with you to cook along!

Ingredients:

400-500 gr salmon fillet
400-500 gr potatoes
100-200 gr carrots
50-100 gr leak
1l fish stock
2 dl cream (heavy, light, oat, you can choose)
50 gr butter
Fresh dill
Salt
Pepper
